Retention

When you submit an inquiry, you may upload reference images, tech packs or design files. We use these files and the project details you provide only to review your inquiry, prepare quotations, and develop samples and production for your project.

We treat your original designs as confidential. Access is limited to the team members directly involved in your project. We do not sell, publish or display your designs in our catalog or marketing, and we do not offer them to other customers without your written consent.

Uploaded files are stored on our secured server and are not publicly accessible. Download links shared with our team expire after 30 days. Files are deleted from our website server 90 days after submission. If your project moves forward, the files it needs are kept in our project records only for as long as the project requires.

We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share detailed designs. To request an NDA, or to ask us to delete files you have sent, contact [email protected].

Catalog Requests and Marketing Subscriptions

When you request a catalog, we collect your name, email address, company, country or region, selected catalog languages, source page and campaign parameters, and your privacy and marketing consent choices. We use this information to send the catalog, respond to your request and follow up on your business inquiry. We also keep download counts and timestamps by language. An IP-based fingerprint is used only to prevent abuse.

Catalog request records are retained for 24 months. Confirmed marketing subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
